Personal Training - Best suited to clients who may be recovering from an injury and require more tailored workouts, or if you want to achieve a specific goal within a defined time period, one on one sessions can help you achieve your fitness or bodyshaping goals.
Run For Fun Squad - If you've always wanted to do some fun runs, but don't know where to start, or are looking for a group of like-minded people to join in and train with, then this is for you.
