A great way to start the day! Boxing at Sunrise

No matter how you work out, it is essential that you choose an activity that you love. To maintain your interest and enthusiasm, it has to be fun. We aim to make all our workouts varied and fun as well as fostering a good social environment. If you are keen to make the commitment to a healthier, fitter you, then you've come to the right place.

Our training sessions comprise of diverse activities and exercise, to ensure you concentrate on enhancing the areas in which you wish to achieve maximum results. We utilise a great deal of equipment to help you achieve great results. Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bosu, Weights, Resistance bands, skipping ropes, and boxing equipment, are just a few examples of the many things we use.

So if you're ready to start enjoying your exercise, then we're keen to help you achieve your goals. 

Your 4 steps to getting started are:

  1. Decide which type of training is for you, either Personal Training or Group PT. For Personal Training  - click here.
  2. If you decided on our scheduled Group PT, then select your time and location from the timetable:

4. Download the pre exercise screening questionnaire at the bottom of the page and bring it with you to your first session.

Pre-Exercise Screening
Before commencing any of our exercise programs, it is compulsory to complete our pre-exercise screening questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us to determine if there are any activities that you should not undertake in the exercise sessions or of any conditions that may exist, or if you may require medical clearance prior to commencing the exercise sessions.

What to bring?
All equipment is provided for you. All we ask that you bring along to your sessions is a towel or a mat, a bottle of water, your sense of humour and a smile! Don't forget to wear sunscreen and a good pair of running shoes.
