I named the business 'Attitude to Burn' because I honestly believe that your attitude is the thing that can make or break your will in getting and staying fit - and being in shape. I aim to encourage you to have a healthy positive attitude to not only getting and staying fit, but towards nutrition. The right attitude will get that metabolism on fire and burning away those unwanted kilos - plus you will have arenewed enthusiasm and zest for life.
