We felt that there were many people out there that weren't being catered for - those that felt intimidated either within a gym or even to join an existing bootcamp/outdoor training situation. We want our clients to come away feeling empowered, confident and fit! We are not just an outdoor version of a gym, we aim to provide exceptional personalised customer service.
We aim to provide all of our clients with a great workout, suitable to their individual fitness needs that will help them achieve the fitness goals that they are aiming for.
My fitness career started back in the days when fluoro lycra leotards were the rage. A part-time aerobics instructor from 1988-1993 teaching a range of "freestyle" aerobic classes. Now, a fully qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III/IV) with a lot more life experience under my belt, I am here to help others achieve health, fitness and a positive attitude towards it along the way. Karen Moore
Karen has been training with Attitude to Burn for 2 years since taking her first tentative steps in our Bootcamp. Now a superfit Mother of 3 girls she has achieved so much - after running her first 5k in the Mother's Day run, then winning our 12 week fitness challenge, taking on the Tough Bloke (and Chick) Challenge in July, and then the 10k Fun Run at Homebush in November. Karen has this year run 2 Half Marathons and the City to Surf. Her enthusiasm for fitness and running is showing no bounds, so it was only fitting that she study for her Personal Training certificate.
